Although it's still cold and wet outside, now's the time to start thinking about the Spring- it'll be with us before we know it. Perhaps there's still a bit (or all!) of leaf-clearing to be done, and don't forget to remove any dead growth from the borders

If you've been planning- and perhaps putting off- making any substantial changes- layout, moving plants etc, why not get at that now. And on a purely practical note, do make sure that all your garden tools are clean and ready for use.
